约半年前,原新光邮票会会员联谊会上海小组的例会上,谈祖麟先生出示一张老照片,那是曾被用作《新光邮票杂志》第15卷第1期封面图片的1948年度会员大会全体合影。老会员们观照片忆故人,抚今思昔,兴趣盎然而又感慨丛生,一边辨认照片上的每一张面孔是什么人,一边纷纷要求复印留存。照片记录了当年上海集邮界最活跃的群体,地点是祥生饭店(位于今陕西南路,淮海中路北,坐东朝西)的餐厅。根据会刊记载,在这次大会上,陈志川作了会务报告,包括交通部邮政总局邀请新光会将在上海联合举办大规模邮展的消息;热烈讨论了理监事任期年限、会刊
About half a year ago, at a regular meeting of the former Shanghai Shinkong Chamber of Veterans’ Association, Mr. Zulin presented an old photograph of 1948, who was once used as the cover photo of Volume 15, Issue 1 of Shin Kong Stamp Magazine The whole group photo.
