以干热300 ℃作用于钢片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞,以2 % 戊二醛溶液作用于布片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞,以121 ±0 .5 ℃压力蒸汽作用于纸片上嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞。采用定性与定量试验分别检测杀灭效果。结果,定性试验达到无菌所需作用时间,均较定量试验杀灭率达100 % 者为长。
