目的 研究粘附分子 Ecadherincatenin( Ecadcat)复合体在涎腺腺样囊性癌(adenoidcystic carcinom a; A C C)中的表达,探讨 Ecadcat 复合体与 A C C分化、侵袭和转移之间的关系及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化技术检测50 例涎腺 A C C标本和10 例正常涎腺组织中 Ecadherin( Ecad)及其相关蛋白αcatenin(αcat)、βcatenin(βcat)的表达。
Objective To study the expression of adhesion molecule Ecadherincatenin (Ecadcat) complex in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (AcC) and to explore the relationship between Ecadcat complex and A Relationship between C-C differentiation, invasion and metastasis and its clinical significance. Methods 50 cases of salivary gland A C C specimens and 10 cases of normal salivary gland tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Ecadherin (Ecad) and its related proteins αcatenin (αcat), βcatenin cat) expression. Results 50 cases of E cad, α cat and β cat co-expression were 29 cases (58%), but in 18 cases of vascular invasion, the primary tumor E cad cat complex components together Expression was only 7 (39%). Conclusions The expression of Ecadcat complex in normal salivary gland epithelial tissue was strongly and stably expressed, while its expression was significantly downregulated in salivary gland A C C. The expression level of Ecad / cat complex was significantly higher than that of A C C Neurovascular invasion was negatively correlated, but not with the pathological type; E-cad / cat complex decreased expression may be related to malignant salivary gland tissue.
