In early March, the world’s computer giant invariably set foot on China’s land. At first, Yu Youcheng, Intel’s senior vice president, arrived in Beijing, followed by Compassion, president of Compaq, to China. At the same time, software giant Bill Gates visited Hong Kong and will launch the latest Microsoft networking products in Shenzhen. These computer giants almost exactly say the same in an interview: We are optimistic about China’s future. This confirms the findings of a survey conducted by the China Entrepreneurship Survey System on APEC member companies investing in China: 87% of APEC firms believe that China is the most attractive country for investment
