一般大型万能材料试验机存在两个问题:①压头或压板(如图1),在装卸过程中既麻烦又费力;②冷弯、压缩试验往往交错进行,试验机横梁上的支座(如图2)需装卸,否则不能进行试验,给试验工作带来很大困难,为此,对试验机进行了改进。压头或压板的装卸形式的改进(如图3),1是带燕尾槽的固定件,它装于试验机油缸的下部,即原来装压头的位置。压头2(或压板)可通过燕尾槽一端推入或拉出,并由定位块3实现定位。4是紧固螺钉,它使定位块3固定于固定件1上。改进后便于压头(或压板)的装卸,并能提高工作效率。
