本文利用催化光度法与原子吸收光谱法相对照,对国内不同产地的十四种茶叶中锰的含量进行了测定;对其锰含量特征进行了分析讨论。
In this paper, by contrast with catalytic spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry, the content of manganese in fourteen kinds of tea from different areas in China was determined. The characteristics of manganese content were analyzed and discussed.
