State-owned Huaguang Tube Plant State-owned Huaguang Tube Factory was originally a large-scale enterprise directly under the Ministry of Electronics Industry. It is a comprehensive large-scale electronic device factory. The factory was established in 1959 and was formally put into operation in 1965. After 20 years of operation, Five years of construction have become the major production plants providing various series and reliable performance electric vacuum devices and semiconductor devices to all sectors of the national economy. They have become a major manufacturer in radio, electricity, transportation, transportation, mining, metallurgy, petrochemicals, construction
