1995年4月,山东省编委下发了《关于进一步深化完善县乡机构改革的通知》,要求各县(市)恢复县级广播电视局,并授权行使有关行政管理职能。该《通知》下发后,各市(地)局都很重视,他们主动地向当地党委、政府汇报,积极与编委等有关部门协商,力促尽快发文,恢复县级广播电视
In April 1995, the editorial board of Shandong Province issued the Circular on Further Deepening and Perfecting the Institutional Reform in Counties and Townships, requiring all counties (cities) to resume the county-level radio and television bureaus and authorize the exercise of relevant administrative functions. After the “Notice” was issued, municipalities (prefectures) bureaux attached great importance to them. They voluntarily reported to the local Party committees and governments and actively discussed with the editorial board and other relevant departments to urge the issuance of documents as soon as possible to restore county-level radio and television
