8月17日以来,云南人行系统广大党员干部职工积极响应中央金融工委和人总行党委的号召,踊跃捐款支援长江流域群众抗洪抢险斗争。截止8月20日,已收到全省人行干部职工捐款118.2万余元。在人总行发出通知前,省分行机关党委已在机关党员干部职工中组织捐款支援灾区。接到通知后,省分行党委高度重视,当日以传真电报的形式,向地州(市)、县人民银行发出《关于落实中央金融工委、人总行通知精神,捐款支援长江流域群众抗洪抢险的通知》。《通知》要求各级党委要从讲大局、讲政治、讲改革、讲稳定、讲发展的高度,认识这次捐款的重要意义,作为当前的一件大事,动员广大党员干部职工急灾区群众之所急,想灾区群众之所想,用实际行动支援灾区群众,为灾区人民捐爱心款,分忧解难。中共云南省分行党委书记倪光祖同志和其他成员多次深入党办了解情况,指示要抓紧做好这项工作。
Since August 17, the vast majority of party members and cadres and workers in Yunnan’s PBOC system have responded positively to the call of the Central Financial Work Commission and the PBOC’s party committee, and have enthusiastically donated money to support the flood control and rescue efforts of the masses in the Yangtze River Basin. As of August 20, the provincial party and government cadres and workers received donations of 118.2 million yuan. After receiving the notice, the provincial party committee attaches great importance to the party branch, the same day by the form of fax to the prefectures (cities), the county People’s Bank issued “on the implementation of the Central Financial Work Commission, the head office informed the spirit of donations to support flood relief in the Yangtze River Basin Notice”. The Circular requires Party committees at all levels to understand the significance of this donation from the perspective of overall situation, politics, reform, stability and progress in development. As a major current event, the party committees at all levels should mobilize the masses of cadres and workers in disaster-hit areas Urgent, think the people in the disaster areas think, with practical actions to support the people in the disaster areas, people donate love for disaster areas, share problems. Party Secretary of CPC Yunnan Branch, Comrade Ni Guangzu and other members repeatedly went deep into the party office to understand the situation and instructed to do a good job in this task.
