目的评估学校卫生员对癫的知晓情况,通过现场授课的方式进行癫知识和急救处理的培训,评估培训的有效性。方法以河南省郑州市金水区区属幼儿园、小学和中学的卫生员为研究对象,采用调查问卷的形式,于癫知识和急救处理培训前和培训后分别填写调查问卷,评估学校卫生员对癫发作临床表现以及急救等知识的知晓和掌握情况。结果培训后,学校卫生员对癫知晓、癫发作的临床表现和急救知识的掌握水平均较培训前有一定程度的提高,对癫发作急救知识的掌握水平与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论癫急救处理知识培训对提高学校卫生员对癫急救知识的掌握具有重用意义。
Objective To evaluate the knowledge of epilepsy by school hygienists, train epilepsy knowledge and emergency treatment through on-site lectures, and evaluate the effectiveness of training. Methods Taking the health workers in kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province as the research object, questionnaires were used to fill in the questionnaires before and after the training of epilepsy knowledge and emergency treatment to evaluate the effects of school hygienists on epileptic seizures Clinical manifestations and first aid and other knowledge and grasp of the situation. Results After the training, the level of knowledge of epilepsy, the clinical manifestation of epileptic seizures and the mastery of first aid knowledge were all improved by school hygienists to a certain extent before the training. The mastery level of first aid knowledge about epileptic seizures was statistically different from that before training Significance (P = 0.000). Conclusion Epilepsy emergency treatment knowledge training is of great significance to improve the mastery of school health workers knowledge of emergency treatment of epilepsy.
