桥小脑角肿瘤非典型病例常缺乏神经耳科学及X线异常表现,各种检查阳性体征离奇怪异不易解释。空气脑池造影CT检查可检出内耳道小听神经瘤,但此法不便普及。作者报告非典型听神经瘤6例,均经手术证实。例1无耳聋;例2无前庭中枢障碍;例3呈突发性聋:例1、2、3 X线照片两侧内耳道内径相差均不到2mm;例1及例5一度均曾为CT否定;例5皮质激素治疗后面瘫一度好转;例6合并慢性中耳炎,且长期误诊为植物神经功能紊乱、贫血、高血压及更年期综合征。根据此6例治疗经验并参考有关
