[目的]观察治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效。[方法]将门诊收治的92例(RA)患者,采用随机方法分为治疗组员46例,用自拟“独活寄生五藤汤”加减联合美洛昔康分散片,盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,甲氨蝶呤治疗。对照组46例,应用美洛昔康分散片,盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,甲氨蝶呤治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.6%,对照组总有效82.6%,两组比较有明显性差异(P﹤0.05)。[结论]综合治疗RA能明显改善患者的症状,减轻不良反应,对生存质量有明显提高。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA). [Methods] Ninety-two outpatients (RA) were randomly divided into treatment group (46 cases), self-made “live alone parasitic wisteria decoction” plus meloxicam dispersible tablets, glucosamine hydrochloride capsules Methotrexate treatment. The control group of 46 cases, the use of meloxicam dispersible tablets, glucosamine hydrochloride capsules, methotrexate treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group and 82.6% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The comprehensive treatment of RA can obviously improve the symptoms of patients, reduce the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life significantly.
