一、引言板状粒子换热器的热态试验是在冷态试验的基础上进行的。通过热态试验主要探讨了粒子换热器性能参数随烟气温度、烟气流速、表观流化速度,以及粒子直径之间的变化关系。除此之外,我们还研究了烟气侧的换热系数和空气侧的换热系数之间的关系、换热器的温度效率和对数平均温差修正系数的变化规律。我们把测得的试验数据在计算机上进行统计回归,得到一些经验公式,从而为设计计算提供了理论基础。二、试验设备本试验的设备如图1所示。燃烧室排出的高温气体经掺风调节烟气量和烟气温度,
I. INTRODUCTION The hot test of the plate-shaped particle heat exchanger is based on the cold test.
