目的为了能够给牙周脓肿的治疗方案提供对比数据,讨论并分析布洛芬缓释凝胶对牙周脓肿的临床特征以及治疗效果。方法针对治疗牙周脓肿患者90例的临床治疗状况展开回顾性分析,常规治疗与布洛芬缓释凝胶在疗效与患者满意度方面进行对比,找到彼此之间的区别。结果分析的数据表明布洛芬缓释凝胶在药性有所释放的时候,患者满意度等方面全部要比常规治疗的效果好很多。结论布洛芬缓释凝胶在治疗牙周脓肿的疗效、成本等方面都是其他方式不能与其媲美,在临床广泛的应用具有很重要的意义。
Objective To provide comparative data for treatment of periodontal abscess and to discuss and analyze the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of ibuprofen sustained-release gel on periodontal abscess. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical treatment of 90 patients with periodontal abscess. The conventional treatment and ibuprofen sustained-release gel were compared in efficacy and patient satisfaction to find out the difference between them. The results of the analysis of data show that ibuprofen sustained-release gel in the release of medicine, patient satisfaction, etc. all better than conventional treatment effect is much better. Conclusion Ibuprofen sustained-release gel in the treatment of periodontal abscess efficacy, cost and other aspects are not comparable with its other methods, in a wide range of clinical applications is of great significance.
