近年来,我国农村建设步伐不断加快,村镇建设工程数量也日益增加,在促进农村现代化发展的同时,也存在着诸多问题,例如工程建设质量堪忧、违章建设监管不严、村镇建设适用法律缺乏等等,这些问题的存在导致村镇建设工程的总体水平受到影响,进而影响农村经济的平稳健康发展。基于此,本文对我国村镇建设工程安全管理现状进行了分析,在此基础上,重点探讨了村镇建设工程安全监督与管理的有效策略。
In recent years, the pace of rural construction in our country has been accelerating and the number of construction projects in villages and towns has also been on the rise. While promoting the modernization of rural areas, there are also many problems such as the quality of construction projects, lax supervision of illegal construction and the lack of applicable laws for the construction of villages and towns. Etc. The existence of these problems has affected the overall level of construction projects in villages and towns and thus affected the steady and healthy development of the rural economy. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of the safety management of village and town construction projects in our country, and on this basis, focuses on the effective strategy of safety supervision and management of the construction of towns and villages.
