说课是20世纪80年代后期随着教改深入而产生的带有教育科研性质的教研活动,其理论和实践越来越受到重视。说课能够展现教师在备课中的思维过程,凸显教师对课程标准、教材、学生的理解和把握的水平以及运用有关教育理论和教学原则组织教学的能力,并且时间短、易操作、见效快,因此常被应用于教师招聘、基本功竞赛和教学研究等活动中。但是,很多教师在说课过程中也暴露了一些问题。因此,笔者就经常出现的问题提出了一些对策,以提高教师说课的实效性。

However, many teachers also exposed some problems during the lectures. Therefore, the author puts forward some countermeasures to the frequent problems so as to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ teaching.
