为解决朱仙庄矿采用锚网喷+全封闭29U可缩支架支护巷道围岩变形量大、支护结构破坏严重的难题,提出了锚网喷+全封闭29U高强支架为核心的支护方案,并采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对不同支护方式下的巷道围岩应力分布、位移和塑性区特征进行了对比分析。数值模拟结果显示锚网喷+全封闭29U高强支架支护巷道围岩应力集中区更靠近巷道中心,位移和塑性区范围均较小。工程实践表明,锚网初喷+全封闭29U高强支架支护巷道两帮收敛量和顶底板移近量的最大值分别为155 mm和270 mm,在矿压观测后期,巷道日变形量小于0.2 mm/d。
In order to solve the difficult problem of large deformation of surrounding rock and serious destruction of support structure in anchorage net spray + fully enclosed 29U retractable support in Zhuxianzhuang Mine, a support scheme with anchor net spraying + fully enclosed 29U high strength support as the core was proposed. FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze the stress distribution, displacement and plastic zone characteristics of surrounding rock under different supporting ways. The numerical simulation results show that the surrounding rock stress concentration area of anchor net spray + fully enclosed 29U high strength support roadway is closer to the center of the roadway with smaller displacement and plastic zone. The engineering practice shows that the maximum value of the convergence amount of the two supports and the approaching amount of roof and floor are 155 mm and 270 mm respectively for the initial spray + full enclosed 29 U high strength support roadway and the daily deformation of the roadway is less than 0.2 mm / d.
