10年的宣传部长兼企业文化处长工作,我最大的体会是,宣传思想文化工作只有做到与企业中心工作同频共振,才能最大限度体现它的价值。用句俗语讲,“鼓要敲在点儿上”。一是寻求突破点。2011年公司新班子调整后,加大了企业管理力度,一些习惯了懒、散、慢的员工颇有些不适应,出现抵触情绪。此时,宣传思想工作及时出手,破解困局。我们策划了“员工靠企业生存、企业靠员工发展”大讨论活动,我以一篇《思想政治工作正当其时恰逢其用》的言论掀开大讨论的帷幕。两
