目的:探索复方制剂中低含量组分的光度分析新定量方法。方法:将吸光度减法技术同P-矩阵法相结合测定了两种片剂中低含量组分VB6。结果:复方甲硝唑片和复方异烟肼片中VB6的回收率分别为100.0%和100.9%。相对标准差分别为1.52%和1.87%。结论:P-矩阵法同吸光度减技术联用可用于复方制剂中低含量组分的光度分析。
Objective: To explore a new quantitative method of photometric analysis of low content components in compound preparations. Methods: Absorbance subtraction techniques were combined with the P-matrix method to determine the low content of VB6 in both tablets. Results: The recoveries of VB6 in compound metronidazole tablets and compound isoniazid tablets were 100.0% and 100.9%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 1.52% and 1.87% respectively. Conclusion: P-matrix method combined with absorbance subtraction technique can be used for the determination of low-level components in compound preparations by spectrophotometry.
