采用 NMR跟踪技术研究了 3-(α-溴代丙烯酰胺基)苯甲酸与4种氨基酸 (乙氨酸,β-丙氨酸,l-丙氨酸和dl-苯丙氨酸)的反应,考察了 pH值、温度以 及氨基酸性质对反应的影响,从而确证了该反应首先发生亲核加成,然后进行中间产 物的分子内亲核取代,迅速消除溴化氢形成氮丙啶化合物的反应历程。
The reaction of 3- (α-bromoacryloylamino) benzoic acid with 4 kinds of amino acids (tryptophan, β-alanine, 1-alanine and dl-phenylalanine) The effects of pH value, temperature and amino acid on the reaction were investigated. It was confirmed that nucleophilic addition occurred first in the reaction, followed by intramolecular nucleophilic substitution of the intermediate to rapidly eliminate the reaction of hydrogen bromide to form the aziridine compound .
