【目的】研究丁香酸(syringic acid,SY)对舞毒蛾核型多角体病毒(LdNPV)致死及亚致死作用的影响,为舞毒蛾Lymantria dispar L.的防治提供科学依据。【方法】采用食料给毒法进行生物测定,评估LdNPV及SY与LdNPV共同对舞毒蛾2龄幼虫的致死和亚致死作用。【结果】取食添加丁香酸人工饲料和正常人工饲料的舞毒蛾幼虫LdNPV致死中浓度(LC50)分别为91.1 OBs/μL和194.8 OBs/μL。当LdNPV浓度为2 400 OBs/μL,取食添加SY的饲料及正常人工饲料的舞毒蛾幼虫LdNPV致死中时间(LT_(50))分别为9.3 d和10.1 d,当LdNPV浓度为24 000 OBs/μL时,其LT_(50)分别为7.8 d和8.1 d,LdNPV的浓度越高致死中时间越短。丁香酸增加了LdNPV对舞毒蛾幼虫的致病力,降低了LdNPV对舞毒蛾幼虫的致死中浓度,缩短了致死中时间。LdNPV对取食正常饲料的雌、雄幼虫历期和蛹期及雌蛾寿命影响不显著,但显著缩短了雄虫寿命,降低了平均每雌产卵量。LdNPV对取食添加丁香酸饲料的幼虫产生明显的亚致死效应,并且LdNPV浓度高于240OBs/μL时雌、雄幼虫历期延长、雄蛾寿命缩短,雄性羽化率降低,雌成虫产卵量降低,产卵量较对照减少一半左右。【结论】结果提示,丁香酸可提高LdNPV对舞毒蛾幼虫的致病力,增加LdNPV对舞毒蛾的亚致死作用。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of syringic acid (SY) on lethal and sublethal effects of Gypsy moth nuclear polyhedrosis virus (LdNPV) and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of Gypsy moth Lymantria dispar L. 【Method】 The bioassay was carried out by using foodstuffs to determine the lethal and sublethal effects of LdNPV, SY and LdNPV on the 2nd instar larvae of Gypsy moth. 【Result】 The results showed that the lethal concentration of LdNPV (LC50) was 91.1 OBs / μL and 194.8 OBs / μL respectively for Gypsy moth larvae fed with syringic acid artificial diet and normal artificial diet. When the LdNPV concentration was 2,400 OBs / μL, the lethal dose of LdNPV (LT_ (50)) was 9.3 d and 10.1 d, respectively, when the LdNPV concentration was 24 000 OBs / μL. μL, LT_ (50) were 7.8 d and 8.1 d, respectively. The higher the concentration of LdNPV, the shorter the time to death. Syringic acid increased the virulence of LdNPV to Gypsy moth larvae, reduced the lethal concentration of LdNPV to Gypsy moth larvae, and shortened the lethal time. The effects of LdNPV on female and male larvae fed on normal diets were not significantly affected by their duration, pupal period and female moth life, but significantly shortened male longevity and decreased average fecundity per female. LdNPV had obvious sublethal effect on larvae fed with syringic acid feed, and the male and female larvae prolonged life span of males and females with shorter LdNPV concentration than 240OBs / , Fecundity reduced by about half compared with the control. 【Conclusion】 The results suggest that syringic acid can increase the virulence of LdNPV on Gypsy moth larvae and increase the sub-lethal effect of LdNPV on Gypsy moth.
