俄罗斯海关将对进口中国等地日用品加强管理俄罗斯为规范来自东南亚、中国、土耳其及部分欧盟国家日用品的非正规进口贸易,海关总署已经要求各地海关自2005年1月15日起对“包货”进口的日用品进行严格检查,每“包”货物必须出具装箱单,列明品名、数量及标识。如缺乏上述必要信息,则要对“包货”进行分割,延长查验时间,直至商品按类别和品名分类包装为止。俄罗斯远东海关已发表声明,表示将采取更为严格的管理措施,尤其要加强对自中国进口货物的监控。俄罗斯海关这一举措将对以发“包”方式为主的中国对俄日用品出口产生影响。
