法学就是研究法的现象及其相关问题的专门学问,它是一门理论性和应用性都很强的学科,在教学中既要注重理论知识的教学,也要注重实践知识的教学,要将理论知识与实践知识有机结合起来,促进学生将理论知识完美的转化为实践能力。而案例教学既向学生讲解法学理论知识,又向学生解读法律法规,是培养应用性法律人才的重要方式。传统的教学很容易造成理论知识与实践知识的脱节,学生无法将理论知识合理转化为实践知识。本文探讨法学教学中案例教学的重要性以及案例教学模式和该注意的问题。
