曾报道连续给予济生肾气丸可以改善STZ诱发糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素感受性。此次以正常血糖夹(EC),探讨了单次给予济生肾气丸的急性效果。 将Wistar系雄性大鼠12只分为健康组(N组)和STZ糖尿病组(DM组),于颈动、静咏插入导管1周后,在觉醒状态下实施注入胰岛素3mU·kg~(-1)·min~(-1)的EC,90min后,口服济生肾气丸800mg/kg,给药后再行EC 180min。以葡萄糖代谢清除率(MCR=葡萄糖注入率/血糖值)作为外周组织胰岛素
It has been reported that continuous administration of Jisheng Shenqi Pill improves the insulin sensitivity of STZ-induced diabetic rats.
