S-亚硝基硫酸作为一氧化氮的中间代谢形式普遍存在生物体系中,对NO的舒张血管、防止血小板粘连聚集等效应有调节意义。准确测定S-亚硝基硫醉对于完整地认识体内NO代谢是重要的,化学发先法、荧光先讲法、高效毛细管电泳法等是目前直接测定S-亚硝基硫醇应用的方法。
Nitrososulfuric acid, as an intermediate form of nitric oxide, is commonly found in biological systems and has a regulatory effect on NO-relaxing blood vessels and preventing platelet adhesion and aggregation. Accurate determination of S-nitrosothrix is important for a complete understanding of NO metabolism in the body. Chemiluminescence assay, fluorescence preconcentration, and high performance capillary electrophoresis are the methods for the direct determination of S-nitrosothiols.
