本文概述了梅山高炉1978年9～11月和1980年7～11月两次高炉分装试验的经验,1981年起分装操作成为一项正常的操作制度。在批重20～23t条件下分装后,可以比全部正同装降低焦比10kg。分装操作的要点在于改善原料质量,入炉前烧结矿过筛,保持高炉顺行,严格控制适宜的压差。分装操作还需要以合理的下部调剂为基础,与其它上、中部调剂相结合,保持边沿CO_2较重,中心低于边沿2～4％的炉喉CO_2曲线。
This paper summarizes the experience of two blast furnace sub-assembly tests from September to November 1978 and from July to November 1980 in Meishan blast furnace. Since 1981, the sub-assembly operation has become a normal operating system. After the weight of 20 ~ 23t under the conditions of sub-packaging, than all can be installed with reduced coke ratio 10kg. The main point of the packing operation is to improve the quality of raw materials, sinter before screening into the furnace, keep the blast furnace in line, and strictly control the appropriate pressure. The dispensing operation also needs to be based on a reasonable lower adjustment, combined with other upper and middle adjustment, keeping the CO_2 curve of the throat with heavier CO_2 and lower center than 2-4% of the edge.
