为推进资产评估事业的健康发展,保证资产评估机构独立、客观、公正执业,逐步建立起一支与社会主义市场经济发展相适应的资产评估队伍,目前国家财政部下达了《关于资产评估机构脱钩改制的通知》,现将通知的有关内容刊载如下:一、脱钩改制的基本原则(一)资产评估机构与挂靠单位在充分协商的基础上合理界定产权,既要保证改制后的机构保持必要的财产条件,又要防止国有资产的流失。
