一、前言万安电站船闸是我国目前水头最高的单级船闸。下闸首工作门采用端柱封闭式双肩人字形闸门。单扇门的设计高度为36.25米,居目前世界已建工程之首位。单扇人字门宽8.93米,厚1.5米,高宽比为4:1,属簿壁细长结构。人字形闸门,由于其上下游截面不对称,整个门的重心不在几何中心位置。因此,门体在自重及风水荷载的作用下会产生各种变形。为消除变形对人字门运行的影响,目前行之有效的方法是在下游面设置预应力背拉杆。万安船闸下闸首人字门因高宽比较大,故而设置了三层背拉杆。这就加大了背拉杆预应力调试的困难。考虑到目前我国
