一、编制实施方案。目前已经完成了门头沟区2014年度平原地区造林工程建设项目实施方案,对项目建设背景、必要性及可行性进行了深入分析,明确了项目劳动安全、环境卫生与森林保护措施,方案注重节能、节水措施和环境影响评价,并形成了招标方案。二、组织专家踏勘论证。组织园林绿化领域权威专家现场踏勘,在此基础上对实施方案进行了论证,从设计思想、施工方法、组织管理、投资及收益等方面提出了意见建议。
