People’s ability to use computing, processing, storage, production, and updating of concrete knowledge is rapidly developing. In the coming years, there are many unknown factors, but it is clear that computers will bring about tremendous changes in the updating of concrete knowledge and will inevitably become the main source of power for the development of concrete technology knowledge. It is recognized that the potential value of the knowledge base system helps to develop concrete technology. Established in 1994, the ACI235 committee aims to research, develop and publicize the concrete knowledge base system, predict the characteristics of concrete materials, establish mathematical models, and guide the grass.
