对汕头市３３４例临床诊断感染性脑疾病患者进行病毒病原学及血清学检测，经ｔ检验表明：ＰＶⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型、ＣＶＡ２４型、Ｂ１型、ＥＣＶ７型及ＥＶ７１型七个型两者差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）ＣＶＢ５型、ＥＣＶ２４、２７型三个型两者差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本组研究提示：汕头地区近年来感染性脑疾病的病毒病原主要是肠道病毒（ＰＶ、ＣＶ、ＦＣＶ及其他肠道病毒。）
The etiological and serological tests were performed on 334 cases of infectious brain diseases in Shantou City. The results of t test showed that there were significant differences between the seven types of PV Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, CVA24, B1, ECV7 and EV71 There was no significant difference between the three types of CVB5 and ECV24, 27 (P> 0.05). Our research suggests that in recent years, the major etiological agents of infectious brain diseases in Shantou are enterovirus (PV, CV, FCV and other enteroviruses).
