目的了解金华市农村社区卫生服务人力资源状况。方法对全市农村社区卫生服务人员进行抽样问卷调查,将调查对象各方面资料进行计算机统计分析。结果学历层次偏低,农村社区卫生服务人员绝大多数为中专或大专学历,高达92.5%,特别是经济欠发达地区;医疗技术职称不高,多为初级及以下职称,占90.4%,基本无高级职称,难以完全承担基层社区卫生服务的重担。结论急需培养高学历的中青年农村社区卫生服务人才,通过多种途径加快在职社区卫生服务人员学历层次的提高;鼓励中、高级医务人员充实到农村社区卫生服务机构中去,提高社区卫生服务的技术水平。
Objective To understand the human resources status of rural community health services in Jinhua City. Methods A sample questionnaire survey was conducted on the health service personnel in rural communities in the city. Data on all aspects of the survey subjects were statistically analyzed by computer. As a result, the level of education is relatively low.
