全国高等院校理科理论力学研究会于1992年9月3日至6日在西安市陕西师范大学成立,产生了首届理事会,召开了第一次理事工作会议。通过了研究会章程,确定了理事会领导机构,讨论了工作计划。该研究会是在国家教委理科物理学指导委员会指导下工作,其宗旨是团结广大理论力学教师,致力于理论力学的教学研究、教材建设和科学研究,帮助国家教委理科物理学指导委员会开展工作,为我国的教育和科技事业贡献力量。与会者分析讨论了当前理论力学教材建设、教学改革的情况和趋势。结合近年来国家教委理科物理学指导委员会的指示精神,初步确定了下次理论力学研讨会的主要内容,包括:1.交流理论力学在其它学科和前沿科学中的应用及其进展的专题报告。
National Theoretical Research of Mechanics of Institutions of Higher Learning in September 3, 1992 to 6 in Shaanxi Normal University in Xi’an was established, produced the first council, held the first director meeting. Adopted the constitution of the study committee, identified the governing body of the board of directors and discussed the work plan. The research will be under the guidance of the State Education Commission Steering Committee of Physical Science, whose purpose is to unite the majority of theoretical mechanics teachers, is committed to theoretical mechanics teaching research, textbook construction and scientific research to help the State Education Commission Physical Science Steering Committee work, Contribute to our country’s education and science and technology. Participants analyzed and discussed the current situation of theoretical mechanics textbook construction and teaching reform and trends. Combined with the directives of the State Education Commission Steering Committee of Physical Science in recent years, the main contents of the next Symposium on Theoretical Mechanics are preliminarily determined, including: 1. Special report on the application and progress of theoretical mechanics in other disciplines and cutting-edge science.
