目的:采用田口实验设计法研究淫羊藿总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法:以乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数、乙醇浓度作为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交表安排实验,淫羊藿总黄酮的信噪比(S/N)作为考察指标筛选淫羊藿的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取条件用10倍药材量70%乙醇回流提取3h,提取次数3次。结论:该工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To study Taguchi experimental design method for the best extraction of total flavonoids Epimedium. Methods: The amount of ethanol, the extraction time, the number of extraction and the ethanol concentration were taken as the investigation factors. The experiment was carried out by L9 (34) orthogonal test, and the S / N ratio of total flavonoids of Epimedium was used as the index to screen Epimedium The extraction process. Results: The best extraction conditions with 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol reflux extraction 3h, extraction times 3 times. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible.
