第一條本辦法依據商標註冊暂行辦法第二十條之規定製定之。第二條呈請註冊人,須缮具聲请書二份詳载商品種类、商標圖樣、特征、註冊人住址等並附呈商標圖樣十份印板一枚。第三條聲請书由工商厅統一製定各工商局依式製發商人领用。第四條呈請註冊時須附送貨樣二份貨样以最小之封裝為限其不便搬運之笨重商品,可以模型或照片代替之,工商厅認為必要時得令申請人將製造過程詳細说明。第五條呈请商標註冊時應缴註冊費人民券壹
Article 1 The present Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of the Provisional Measures for Trademark Registration. Article 2 The petitioner of the petition shall prepare two copies of the application form containing the type of goods, trademark designs, characteristics, address of the registrant, etc. Article 3 The letter of invitation shall be uniformly formulated by the industrial and commercial administration department and shall be collected and used by all commercial and industrial establishments by the merchant. Article 4 When submitting a petition, two samples of samples shall be enclosed with samples. The bulk of the unwieldy bulk commodities may be replaced by models or photographs. The Chamber may, if it deems it necessary, require the applicant to elaborate on the manufacturing process. Article 5 The registration fee shall be paid when the petition mark is registered
