本文对高原性心脏病38例患者血中SOD和MDA进行了测定。将其结果与该地健康成人比较,患者血中SOD值降低,MDA值升高,有非常显著差异。治疗前后比较,治疗后MDA值降低,SOD值升高。揭示氧自由基可能参与了高原性心脏病的发展过程。当然高原性心脏病发生后组织缺氧加重也可使体内自由基失平衡,含量增高。所以在治疗高原性心脏病时除常规疗法外,可采用量子血疗方法和自由基清除剂。
In this paper, 38 patients with high altitude heart disease in patients with SOD and MDA were measured. The results compared with healthy adults in this area, the patient’s blood SOD decreased, MDA increased, there are very significant differences. Before and after treatment, MDA decreased and SOD increased after treatment. Revealed that oxygen free radicals may be involved in the development of high altitude heart disease.
