期刊定级涉及学科原则、导向原则、分级原则、动态原则、数量和质量原则。通过分析我国高校期刊定级的依据和定级的现状,指出我国高校期刊定级中存在重外轻内,学科定级混乱等问题。同时,认为不同院校相同学科一、二级期刊数量悬殊,地方色彩较为浓厚。另外,期刊定级仍存在概念混淆的现象。 Journal rating involves disciplinary principles, guiding principles, grading principles, dynamic principles, quantity and quality principles. By analyzing the basis and grading status of the university journals in our country, it points out that there are some problems in the grading of the university journals in our country, such as the emphasis on the outside world and the disruption of the disciplines. In the meantime, it is considered that the number of the first and second periodicals of the same discipline in different colleges and universities is huge and the local color is relatively strong. In addition, the concept of journal classification confusion still exist.
