各省、自治区、直辖市建委(建设厅),计划单列市建委(深圳市建设局): 我国农村地域辽阔,当前又处于地震活跃期。村镇建设因受经济发展水平的影响,很多房屋、工程设施达不到抗震设防标准,每次破坏性地震都给人民群众的生命、财产造成重大的损失。为使村镇建设具备必要的抗震防灾能力,最大限度地减轻地震造成的损失,现就加强村镇建设抗震防灾工作通知如下:
Construction committees (construction halls) of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and municipal construction commissions (Shenzhen Construction Bureau) are planned separately: Our country has a vast rural area and is currently in an active period of earthquakes. Because of the impact of economic development on the construction of villages and towns, many housing and engineering facilities do not meet the seismic fortification standards. Each destructive earthquake causes significant losses to people’s lives and property. In order to provide villages and towns with the necessary capabilities for earthquake prevention and disaster prevention and to minimize the losses caused by the earthquake, the following notice is hereby issued to strengthen the construction of villages and towns for earthquake prevention and disaster prevention:
