我国工业炉窑数量多,一般存在着能量消耗大,热效率低等缺点,因此改造工业炉窑已成为节能的重要目标。节能的途径很多,其中行之有效的方法之一是研制新型的燃烧装置,结合我国铁路工厂以重油为燃料的炉窑较多,故我院和北京二七机车厂共同研制了烧重油的喷流式新型节能烧嘴,其特点是将烧嘴和换热器结合为一体,回收烟气余热预热空气。该烧嘴在2.05米~2锻造加热炉上使用3年多,烧嘴燃烧完全,炉子升温快,不胃黑烟,经北京市节能服务中心测试,炉子热效率达18.8%,节省燃料40%以上(与原炉使用的B型烧嘴相比)。烧嘴的工作原理及结构(见图1)。
Due to the large number of industrial furnaces in our country, there are generally shortcomings of high energy consumption and low thermal efficiency. Therefore, reforming industrial furnaces has become an important goal of energy conservation. There are many ways to save energy, one of the effective methods is to develop a new type of combustion device, combined with China’s railway plant to heavy oil-fired furnace more, so our hospital and Beijing Erqi Locomotive Co., Ltd. jointly developed a burning heavy oil jet New type of energy-saving burner, which is characterized by the burner and heat exchanger as one, recycling flue gas waste heat preheat the air. The burner is used in 2.05m ~ 2 forging furnace for more than 3 years. The burner burns completely, the temperature of the furnace rises fast, and the stomach is not smoky. After being tested by Beijing Energy Conservation Service Center, the furnace has a thermal efficiency of 18.8% and a fuel saving of over 40% (Compared with the B-type burner used in the original furnace).
