中原油田钻井一公司有钻机35台,固定财产1.8亿元,是中原油田的生(?)司。全公司18000人,其中职工6000人,工程师159人,高级工程师16人,家属12000人。25个科室单位,1989年全公司打井284口,钻井进尺700382米,分别完成计划的108%,105%,井身质量合格率99.3%。全年节约直接成本1001万元。1990年元月开钻18口井,交井15口,进尺71173米,创公司月进尺最好水平,固井、井身质量合格率达100%。这个公司为什么近年来取得这样大的成绩呢?我们对该公司进行了短期的考察,发现该公司的领导班子素质好,掌握了现代企业的领导艺术,党组织能发挥先锋模范作用,他们在思想政治工作,尊重知识,尊重人才诸多方面均有独到这处,为了把他们的经验介绍给广大读者,我们从本期起,从几个方面对该公司予以连续报道。
