目的:探求个别上前牙严重反的美容修复方法与效果.方法:保留反牙,以邻近反牙的天然牙作基牙,分别锤造腭翼板、桥体金属舌背、桥架并焊接成金属支架,成品牙面加树脂制成桥体塑料部分,酸蚀基牙,京津釉质粘合剂粘结翼板桥,修复体修复反牙与邻牙间的间隙.结果:对35例患者随访6～30个月,良好19例,较好12例,失败4例,总成功率88.6%.结论:当个别上前牙严重反不能正畸治疗时,可选择使用锤造腭翼板桥美容修复.
