对树鼠句喂高胆固醇饲料的同时给予消石散,观察消石散对结石形成的抑制作用.结果表明消石散给药量在3000mg/kg体重时对结石的形成具有明显的抑制作用.
Hypocosan was given to rats with high-cholesterol diet and the inhibitory effect of Xiaoshi powder on stone formation was observed. The results showed that Xiaoshisan had a significant inhibitory effect on the formation of stones at a dose of 3000 mg/kg body weight.
