目的 :为了研究妇炎克颗粒剂的抗炎作用机制。方法 :采用动物子宫炎症模型、肉芽肿炎症模型和环磷酰胺致免疫低下模型 ,用妇炎克颗粒治疗 ,然后测定其子宫炎症肿胀抑制率和炎症积分、肉芽肿湿重、淋巴细胞转化率和IL - 2水平 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :妇炎克颗粒剂组子宫肿胀程度明显低于模型组 ,病理切片显示浆细胞明显减少 ,肉芽肿湿重明显低于模型组 ,明显增加淋巴细胞转化作用和增高IL - 2水平。结论 :妇炎克颗粒剂具有抗炎作用 ,其机制除直接抑制炎症发生外 ,还可能通过提高细胞免疫水平
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Fuyanke granules. METHODS: Animal uterine inflammation model, granulomatous inflammation model, and cyclophosphamide-induced immunodepression model were treated with Fuyanke granule. The uterine inflammatory swelling inhibition rate and inflammation score, granuloma wet weight, and lymphocyte transformation rate were measured. IL-2 levels were compared with the control group. Results: The degree of uterine swelling in Fuyanke granules group was significantly lower than that in the model group. Pathological sections showed that the plasma cells were significantly decreased, and the wet weight of granuloma was significantly lower than that of the model group, which significantly increased lymphocyte transformation and increased IL-2 levels. Conclusion: Fuyanke granules have anti-inflammatory effects, and its mechanism may increase the level of cellular immunity, in addition to directly suppress inflammation.
