新媒体是信息技术发展的产物,指的是以数字技术为基础,以网络为载体进行信息传播的媒介。作为一种与现实物理空间完全不同的虚拟空间和载体,新媒体不但重塑了传统媒体的交流方式和传播形式,而且日趋发展成为西方文化渗透和话语霸权的重要场所。在这种背景下,实现社会主义核心价值观话语权,必须根据我国新媒体以及网络文化发展的现状,充分抓住新媒体带来的契机,应对其带来的挑战,在放纵与堵死中寻求平衡,通过建设、管理和引导的方式积极探讨对策。
New media is the product of the development of information technology, referring to the digital technology as the basis for the network as a carrier for information dissemination media.
