文化教化的本质是指用作为文化成果的社会规范、礼仪道德、思想价值观等影响、感召、作用于人的活动和思维并以此引导和塑造人。文化教化与国民道德素养密切相关,一方面,文化教化引导国民素养的形成和提升;另一方面,国民道德素养的提升能反映并加强文化教化的效果。文化教化是提升国民道德素养的重要途径,对规范人的行为、调控人的活动、提升人的精神境界具有重要作用。
The essence of cultural enlightenment refers to the influence, inspiration, action on human activities and thinking as the cultural norms of social norms, etiquette morality, and so on to guide and shape people. On the one hand, cultural education leads the formation and promotion of national literacy; on the other hand, the improvement of national moral literacy can reflect and strengthen the effect of cultural education. Cultural education is an important way to enhance the moral quality of the nation, which plays an important role in regulating people’s behavior, regulating people’s activities, and enhancing people’s spiritual realm.
