体育与健康课程标准的实施带来了新的教育理念,改变了教学内容和教学评价机制,体育课是体育教学的基本形式,那么,新课程下的体育教师如何更好地去适应呢?一、转变教师角色教师是组织者和引导者。体育课程改革要求学生在学习过程中尽可能表现出自主性、能动性和创造性,其核心在于培养学生自主学习的动机和能力。在新课程中,传统教学上的教师教和学生学将不断让位与师生互学,彼此形成一个“学习共同体”。
