目的观察并评价注射用香菇多糖联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的作用。方法将60例乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在化疗基础上给予注射用香菇多糖静脉滴注辅助治疗;化疗结束后,观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组生活质量评分及化疗的主要不良反应与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组细胞免疫功能较治疗前无明显改变,对照组明显下降,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论注射用香菇多糖可明显改善化疗不良反应,增强免疫力,提高生存质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of injecting lentinan combined with chemotherapy on breast cancer. Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given intravenous injection of lentinan on the basis of chemotherapy. After chemotherapy, the therapeutic effect was observed in two groups. Results The quality of life scores of the treatment group and the main adverse reactions of chemotherapy were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.01). The immune function of the treatment group did not change significantly compared with that of the control group, but the difference was significant Statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Lentinan injection can significantly improve the adverse reactions of chemotherapy, enhance immunity and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
