随着麻醉技术的发展,要求镇痛分娩的产妇越来越多,我院自2003年12月至2004年12月共实施硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩172例,取得较满意的效果。现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2003年12月至2004年12月于我院产科选择无阴道分娩禁忌证、无椎管阻滞禁忌证、要求镇痛分娩的初产孕妇172例
With the development of anesthesia technology, there are more and more maternal women who require analgesia for childbirth. From December 2003 to December 2004, 172 cases of epidural analgesia and childbirth were delivered with satisfactory results. Report as follows now. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information December 2003 to December 2004 obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital choose no vaginal birth contraindications, no contraindications for spinal block, requiring primipara of analgesic delivery of 172 cases
