中国煤炭工业协会经济运行处处长徐亮近日表示,近几年,钢铁行业节能减排力度加大,预计吨钢综合能耗将下降至590千克标准煤,今年全年钢铁行业耗煤量将达6亿吨,增长1%。在不久前于青岛召开的2013年中国焦煤供需对接与融资贸易洽谈会上指出,钢铁产能过剩的情况依然存在,预计2013年钢铁需求增速将持续下降,粗钢和生铁产量分别增长3.1%和3.5%,达到7.4亿吨和6.8亿吨。徐亮称,2013年保障房建设和铁路基建等政策性投资将企稳略升,对钢铁需求将起到支撑作用。
