借助高速摄影技术，分析了横向卷曲“Ｃ”形屑的形成与折断过程．提出了一种新的切屑折断数学模型，并给出了断屑判据．
With the help of high-speed photography technology, the forming and breaking process of transverse curly “C” shaped debris was analyzed. A new mathematical model of chip breaking was proposed and the breaking criterion was given.
